CYGNETURE WHITE '07 ($15.99)

A dry white wine with a deep fruity taste. Made from Chardonnay grapes, this wine is aged in stainless steel, producing rich golden tones and a crisp citrus finish. May be comparative to a Pinot Grigio.

Cygneture White is best served chilled and is the perfect accompaniment for lean soft cheeses, fish, poultry, and pasta with white sauce.

CHARDONNAY RESERVE '07  ($19.99)

Only the best Chardonnay grapes have been used to make this dry full-bodied white wine, which has a rich fruity flavor balanced with a silky structure of vanilla and hints of toasted oak.

Serve Chardonnay Reserve with mild cheeses, poultry, seafood, or rich, nutty desserts.

CYGNETURE RED '07 ($15.99)

A dry full-bodied red wine made from Chambourcin grapes. This popular wine has rich berry flavors and spicy character, with subtle earthiness and a hint of oak. Cygneture Red is best served at room temperature, and fares well with lean soft cheeses and red meats. In its prior vintage, Cygneture Red was a three-time award winner. We believe that this new release is even better!

CABERNET SAUVIGNON '06 ($9.99 or $90/case 750ml)

A full-bodied dry red wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, this wine has a full ripe fruit flavor with a hint of oak. Cabernet Sauvignon is best served at room temperature, and goes well with fatty hard cheeses, red meats, or pasta with red sauce.

CABERNET FRANC ($9.99)

Made from the Cabernet Franc grape, this is a dry full-bodied wine that is mildly aged in American oak. Cabernet Franc has wonderful cherry and blackberry undertones.

SHIP JOHN ($15.99)

A marriage of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, this is a Bordeaux-style, dry full-bodied red wine that is aged in American oak. Ship John has wonderful berry undertones, with just a hint of chocolate.

SERENITY  ($13.99)

A sweet rosé wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, Serenity is fruity with hints of cherries and blackberries. Serve chilled. For the White Zinfandel lovers, but with more antioxidants!

Made from fresh blackberries, this wine is moderately sweet and full of flavor that is true to the fruit itself. One sip will have you believing you are eating a handful of these delicious berries.
